Ten Session Intensive – Split Payment
This option provides access to the full ten-session intensive through a split-payment arrangement. It is intended for professionals and high-performing individuals who want to commit to sustained therapeutic work while spreading the financial outlay.
Selecting this option confirms your commitment to the complete ten-session programme. The total fee of £3,500 is paid in two instalments of £1,750, ensuring continuity and completion of the work as agreed.
This package includes:
Ten 120-minute intensive sessions, delivered within a structured therapeutic framework
An integrative approach drawing on neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapies, and NLP
Behavioural tracking and structured review to support consolidation and recalibration over time
Limited WhatsApp contact between sessions for clarification and continuity of work
This split-payment option offers the same scope, depth, and structure as the standard ten-session intensive, with an alternative payment arrangement.
Payment policy
To maintain the highest level of commitment and ensure your sessions are prioritised, the first payment of £1,750 is required to confirm your booking.
- The second payment of £1,750 is due before Session 6.
- Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To ensure fairness and consistency, I have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:
Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer your reserved time to another client and helps keep schedules running smoothly.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations
- Cancellations are non-refundable. Missed appointments or cancellations without 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit toward future sessions.
- This policy helps ensure that all clients respect the time and effort involved in preparing for each session.
Emergency Exceptions
- I understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact me as soon as possible. While the 48-hour policy remains in place, I will do my best to find a compassionate solution if the situation warrants it.
Why This Policy?
I plan coaching and therapy sessions carefully to give you the best possible support. This takes time and consideration. When a session is missed or cancelled last minute, it’s difficult to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for an appointment. This policy helps ensure fairness for everyone involved and maintains the integrity of our work together.
