Every session is shaped specifically around you.
Each intensive session is built around your specific patterns, history and current difficulties. The work draws on applied neuroscience, cognitive behavioural approaches and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, delivered within a person-centred framework that ensures the methods always serve your experience rather than the other way around.

Each session is carefully prepared and clinically focused. The structure is always in service of what you bring into the room.

Session Frequency and Format
Sessions are delivered via telephone or secure video chat. In-person appointments are available in Birmingham.
Session Duration
Each session lasts between 90 and 120 minutes, shaped by what the work requires rather than a fixed clock. The extended format creates space for careful exploration and genuine depth.
Additional Support
Between-session support is available via SMS, WhatsApp or brief telephone calls during standard working hours (09:00 to 17:00). This ensures you are not left without access to support between sessions.

Payment structure
My fee structure is clear and straightforward. You will know exactly what to expect before we begin.
Investing in your psychological wellbeing is a significant decision. The payment process is designed to be transparent and simple, with no surprises.
Fees vary depending on session length and frequency.

For package bookings, a 50% deposit is due before the first session with the remaining balance due halfway through the agreed course of work.

For ongoing single session work, payment is due after each session.

Payments can be made via major credit card, bank transfer or BACS. All fees are processed in British pounds sterling.

If you have specific financial considerations, I am happy to discuss flexible payment arrangements. My priority is making this work accessible to the people who need it.
Session Frequency
Ongoing and Periodic Work
Some clients work with me for a defined period focused on a specific difficulty. Others return periodically as new challenges arise or to consolidate previous work. There is no fixed expectation. The duration and frequency of the work is shaped by what is actually needed.
Sessions are available as single appointments or in blocks of three, five or ten. Ongoing weekly or fortnightly work is also available for those who prefer a more traditional therapeutic arrangement. You can read more about how the work is structured on the Working Together page.
