The three-session intensive comprises three 120-minute deep-dive sessions, providing structure, continuity, and measurable progress within a contained time frame.
This option may be appropriate if you want to:
Work intensively with a specific professional or personal challenge, such as a career transition, high-stakes project, or sustained performance pressure
Use neuroscience-informed methods, cognitive-behavioural approaches, and NLP to address a defined behavioural or emotional pattern
Develop and apply a clear, structured plan for change across multiple sessions, with continuity and accountability
Build clarity, confidence, and momentum through focused work rather than open-ended therapy
Payment policy
To uphold the integrity of our work together and ensure your sessions are prioritised and personalised, full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
- Sessions are secured once payment is received.
- Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling policy
Your time is valuable—and so is mine. To maintain fairness, clarity, and the high level of service I offer every client, the following policy applies to all sessions:
Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the slot to another client.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will be treated as cancellations.
Cancellations
- All cancellations are non-refundable.
- Missed appointments or cancellations without 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund or credit toward future sessions.
Emergency Exceptions
- Life is unpredictable—I understand that emergencies can arise. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact me as soon as possible. While the 48-hour policy generally applies, I will consider compassionate exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
